Intent
Through computing, we strive to open children’s eyes to the developing digital world we live in through using a wide range of technology. We aim to give life skills that will enable our pupils to embrace and utilise technology in a socially responsible and safe manner. We aim to develop the digital literacy of our pupils, giving them the confidence to use and express their ideas as responsible digital citizens. A high-quality computing curriculum equips children to use computational thinking and the ability to innovate so they can understand and adapt to a changing world.
